Here are some of the most commonly asked questions and concerns.
If your question is not addressed here please call or email us
and we will do our best to answer your concerns.

Do I need a mat?

Matting is the border most people notice when viewing artwork.
It is not only attractive but it is also functional and can change the way your artwork looks dramatically.
All of our mat board is acid free and when properly used creates a "dead air" space between the artwork and glass hence keeping problems like foxing (a form of mold) from affecting the surface of the art.
Also if you have ever had a photo stick to the glass, matting helps prevents that.

How long does it take to frame something?

Other shops typically take as long as two months.
We strive to complete every job within 14 days if not sooner.
Also we strive to make every deadline and when you need a rush on your work we will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Why is it expensive?

We have the lowest prices around WITHOUT sacrificing quality. Keeping this in mind....
Framing is something that will stay on your walls for decades and can easily be handed down to future generations.
As with everything you get what you pay for.
You can go to a bargain craft store and get a cheap plastic frame but keep in mind your art and home are a reflection of you. If you buy cheap it will look cheap.

What we offer is reasonable pricing coupled with quality workmanship and materials.
We believe if it is worth framing, it is worth framing well. If you want a picture of your family framed and spend $200.00 on it, it may well hang on your walls for 30 or more years. If you amortize that it breaks down to $6.50 a year.

Also our collection of frames have just about every budget in mind. We carry hand finished Italian frames as well as more reasonable frames from the around the world.

Can you frame objects?

Yes. Bring in whatever you are thinking of and we will give you more designs and selections than anyone else.
Besides the ususal framing projects we pride ourselves on the unusual.

Can you frame my plasma television?

We are Somerset counties premier plasma television framer. We take into account, the remote control location, heat that needs to be vented from the back, television placement and have several companies that specialize in home theater design and sales.

If I want a mirror do I have to supply the glass?

No, we will do everything for you. If you want a custom mirror or a standard size we will take care of it all.
All you need to do is tell us what you like.

Can you deliver the finished work?

We will deliver the finished work, and if need be pick up the art if it is too big for you to handle safely.

Your hours don't work for me, what can you do?

My old frame is too big for a new portrait that I got, can you help?
